 Jess Abdulnour has spent over 13 years building brands that drive real revenue. She’s built and led brand teams across four continents and worked behind the scenes for some of the world’s largest companies — including Experian, New American Funding, United Healthcare, Consumers Energy, Bosch, Boost Mobile, Blizzard, and the Mortgage Bankers Association — contributing to campaigns that generated billions in revenue. 



Today, she works with founders and executive teams to build brands that scale trust, command authority, and perform inside even the most complex and regulated industries.

 Vinny has spent the past decade working in high-stakes civil litigation and operations. He began his career at a plaintiff-side personal injury firm before advancing to AlderLaw Group, where he helped litigate cases against corporations such as Uber, Lyft, FedEx, and Valero. He contributed to some of the firm’s largest outcomes, including $12 million and $8 million wrongful death settlements secured just weeks before trial.


Today, as Director of Operations and he leads compliance, he compliance for client projects, and quality control across all brand assets and communications. He brings a methodical, systems-driven approach to execution, ensuring every detail is precise, organized, and built to scale.

She began her career in the agency world, where her work secured placements in Vogue Hong Kong, Tatler, and Home Journal. She has led and managed multi-channel creative for brands across the U.S., Australia, and Hong Kong, translating brand strategy into campaigns that capture attention and drive growth
