the challenge
La Vie Events wasn't born as a single brand. It actually started as a catering operation, an entertainment provider, a florist, a custom linens manufacturer, and an event venue, all operating under the Premium Quality Group umbrella with no single story tying them together.
Prospective clients had to piece together what La Vie actually offered inside every.
So we set to work creating a single brand that showed the elegance of every event and none of the mess it took to organize everyone.
the insight
The discovery process helped uncover the solution almost immediately: La Vie’s founder, Kristi, had already painted a picture of the elegance, warmth, and immaculate attention brought to every event. That vision was already being delivered at every moment La Vie touched. While none of this needed to be invented, all of it needed to be revealed.
the strategy
The three part plan was simple: consolidate, consolidate, consolidate. We retired the messy multi-entity structure and replaced it with a single brand that was a one stop shop for every client’s dream event.
Rather than positioning La Vie no longer needed add-ons because we made it South Florida's definitive all-inclusive celebration partner. This premium identity meant La Vie no longer needed top compete on price because it led with the promise that nothing would fall through the cracks.
the creative
Luckily for BrandNué, all of this was already in the name. La Vie Events is a deliberate play on La Vie En Rose, the French standard that loosely translates to seeing life through rose-colored glasses. That name extended the invitation to see your celebration the way it deserves to be seen.
From there, we developed a Gatsby-inspired Art Deco visual identity rooted in the aesthetics of the 1920s, capturing the duality at the heart of the brand: rigorous elegance and wild festiveness dancing together for life’s most important moments.
the build
The came to life across a new website with embedded lead magnets and a custom sales funnel designed to convert browsers into booked consultations. Social media content included both sizzle reels and gorgeous stills capturing the texture and energy of real La Vie events. We also extended this into the real world with business cards, signage, and environmental print assets to carry the new identity.
Everything culminated in a brand launch event that turned Kristi's existing network into La Vie's first wave of brand ambassadors.
The full build covered every touchpoint from a new website with lead magnets and a custom sales funnel to social media content in video and stills. A sizzle reel across wedding, social, and corporate categories helped show the events in action for all of La Vie’s audiences as well. To take the brand beyond digital, we created business cards, signage, and environmental print as well as Event-planning guides for client onboarding.
To top it off, we organized a launch that introduced La Vie to a much wider South Florida network.
Guests didn't just see the new brand. They experienced it. And Kristi's existing network became La Vie's first wave of brand ambassadors.
make real life events la vie en rose.
La Vie Events launched as a unified brand with a name, visual identity, digital presence, and sales system built to grow. What had been five separate businesses became one clear, compelling offer and one of South Florida's most distinctive event brands. Since the final launch event, the vision behind La Vie Events became a real life Cinderella Story.
Do you specialize in regulated industries?
Yes. We specialize in complex industries that are highly regulated, technical, or simply too complicated for the average marketing agency. Our team has experience working with businesses in finance, legal, insurance, healthcare, and more.
How do you balance compliance with strong branding?
Branding in a highly regulated industry starts with understanding the limits and, more importantly, why those regulations exist in the first place. In most cases, they're there to protect consumers and prevent bad-faith marketing.
We work alongside your legal or compliance team to define what can and can't be said. Once those boundaries are established, we treat it like any other branding project. We create a brand that supports your business goals while staying within those parameters.
In short, we color boldly inside the lines.
Which package is right for my stage of business?
It depends on your goals and what you're hoping to achieve.
We offer packages for every stage of business, but the best place to start is with our BrandNué Audit. From there, you'll schedule a 45-minute strategy session with Jess to determine which package is the best fit for your business.
Will you work directly with our compliance or legal team?
Absolutely.
While we specialize in highly regulated industries, we're not your legal team. Our job is to build a branding strategy that fits within your legal team's comfort level.
We'll work directly with your internal or external legal advisors to make sure your brand protects your business while still supporting growth. If you don't have a legal team, we'll follow the best practices within your industry.
How long does the branding process take?
From start to finish, most branding projects are completed in as little as 8 weeks.
The only time it takes longer is if additional revisions are needed to make sure everything is exactly right. Even then, most projects are completed within 12 weeks.
What’s included in each package?
Every package is built around three core stages: Blueprint, Design, and Build.
We start with a kickoff questionnaire, market research, and in-depth interviews to fully understand your business and create your brand strategy. That's your Blueprint.
Once it's approved, we move into Design, where we develop your logo, visual identity, messaging, and brand voice.
Finally, we move into Build, where we bring your brand to life through business cards, digital collateral, video assets, and everything else you'll need to launch with confidence.
Do you offer logo-only services?
No.
Branding is much more than a logo. If you're only looking for logo design, we'd recommend working with a graphic designer.
Our team is built for businesses that are ready to scale and need a strategy to help them get there. We don't design logos. We build brands.
Do you provide brand guidelines and assets?
Of course.
Brand guidelines come standard with every package. You'll also receive your build collateral, including business cards, email signatures, and other branded materials depending on the package you choose.
Do you offer custom photography or on-site intensives?
Yes.
Custom photography and on-site strategy sessions are exclusive to our White Glove package.
It's designed for businesses that are ready to invest in custom brand assets and want a more hands-on experience throughout the branding process.
What results can we expect from investing in branding?
You can expect a brand that's built to scale.
The whole point of branding is to build a business that people talk about, refer, and trust. When your brand is doing its job, you'll attract more qualified leads who already understand your value and are excited to work with you.
Who will we work with directly?
Jess will be your strategist and primary point of contact throughout the project.
She'll work with you one-on-one to build a brand that's aligned with your business goals, then lead our team of designers, video editors, content creators, and creative specialists to bring it to life.
What happens after the project is complete?
There's nothing worse than investing in your brand only to let it sit in a folder after launch.
That's why every project ends with a customized execution plan. Depending on your goals, that might mean continuing to work with us on social media, executive thought leadership, or an employee advocacy program. For others, it means connecting you with one of our trusted partners.
No matter which path makes the most sense, we're here to help you reach your goals. Every client receives 6 months of post-project support for questions, guidance, and implementation.
